1. In-Home Consultation
A Washburn Windows consultant will visit you in your home at your convenience. We will come to your home when it’s most convenient for you- including weekdays, weekends, and evenings. We will help you choose energy efficient glass packages and styles wisely – that fit your energy needs, budget, and style of home. We promise we won’t attempt to “push you into something you don’t need” or use high pressure sales tactics- that’s just not who we are. 2. Design Consultation
We will help you choose from a wide selection of window styles, sizes, designs, and features that best fit your home- keeping in tune with your home’s interior and exterior design features. We have a wide variety of styles including twin double hung, casement, picture, awning, bay and bow, and sliders up to 16’ long.
3. Measurement
How do you know your windows have been measured correctly? Are the windows sized to allow the proper amount of insulation and sealant? Have you maximized your visible glass space. A Washburn Windows specialist will measure your windows for the order to ensure your windows will be installed correctly and on schedule.
4. Manufacturing
Once the measuring process is complete, your windows will be custom manufactured to fit each specific opening. Most of our products ship to us in less than 10 days from ordering. On average it takes about 3 weeks from measurement to warehouse.
5. Installation
Washburn Windows uses only qualified Carpenters for the installation process. We have a team approach that makes your window installation a pleasant experience. You are welcome to watch the installation process. Everyone on our team has a role in the installation working together to get the job done in a timely manner.
