We had all of our windows replaced this summer and have had a 5-star experience all around with Washburn. . The price was very reasonable, the work was performed when promised, and the new windows look great. Doug and his crew were friendly and easy to work with. The work was neatly done, everything is well sealed, and I was impressed with how well the aluminum cladding around the new windows was... fabricated and installed. On top of all that, our house isn't drafty any longer and we are using significantly less natural gas this fall (when I adjust for heating degree days) than we did last fall with our old windows!read more

We are very pleased, 110%, with the windows and work done by Washburn Windows! The windows were installed on the date we were told when we ordered them! The two installers, Jamie and Brian, do quality work. It was a pleasure to have two polite and professional installers working in our home! The two are a true asset to the company.

Doug and his crew at Washburn did an exceptional job with our windows. I had 8 installed and they were in and out in one day! No mess, no issues, just good quality work from a local company. I had several other quotes which all claimed to be “the best and cheapest because they essentially create the market with their company” but at the end of the day the prices at Washburn were similar if not... better! I had two replacement basement windows installed by Washburn Windows & Doors. The price was excellent, and the job was done quickly. The installers also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. (I had Lowe's install a basement window last year for the same price that Washburn charged to installed two this year -- definitely a better deal with Washburn!)
